About Me

NEWS We have just moved to Belgium from Kingston, Canada after living there for 12 years.

For the last 10 years Luc has been working for Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, where he worked on several web/multimedia projects. In 2005 he started working as a learning technology analyst for Queen’s ITServices. More recently, he has been the driving force behind the Emerging Technology Centre which is now in operation. Luc is the New Media Consortium coordinator for the university and was a Project Director for the CLOE Initiative. (Co-operative Learning Object Exchange Learning Object Exchange)

He is a strong advocate of the use of appropriate technology, and the need to make technology more approachable. Luc has always been a strong advocate of the use of open standards and the advantages of using open source products.
